This includes working with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Responsibilities:Develop web pages and landing page concepts with the marketing team and in-house designers.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement.Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable insights to the team.Create innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning from industry trends.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and innovations.Qualifications:3-7 years of experience in developing responsive websites with Webflow.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.Experience working with custom code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.Portfolio showcasing successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
