Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to design,

implement, and manage our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the

stability and performance of our networks, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with

our IT and security teams to maintain high availability and security standards.


Key Responsibilities

● Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

● Configure and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls,

and access points.

● Monitor network performance and proactively address latency, downtime, or

connectivity issues.

● Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and access control

policies.

● Conduct regular network performance tests, audits, and vulnerability assessments.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and

software deployments.

● Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and policies.

● Provide technical support to internal teams and address escalated network-related

incidents promptly.

● Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in networking technologies.


Qualifications and Skills


Must-Have:

● 2-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.

● Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls (e.g.,

Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).

● Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP,

OSPF).

● Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds,

Nagios).

● Knowledge of network security principles and practices, including VPNs and firewalls.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

● Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.

● Experience with cloud-based networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Knowledge of SD-WAN and virtualization technologies.

● Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for network automation.
