Marketing ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media promotions, digital marketing, and event sponsorships.Identify, approach, and close sponsorships and brand collaborations for corporate and entertainment events.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, followers, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Develop and manage social media strategies, influencer tie-ups, and paid promotions.Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, PR firms, marketing agencies, and brands for partnerships and collaborations.Create impactful marketing content and proposals, including sponsorship decks and promotional plans.Manage media tie-ups, barter deals, press coverage, and event branding opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure sponsor deliverables, creative consistency, and campaign alignment.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, event ROI, and brand growth reports.Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and engagement strategies to continuously improve brand presence.3–7 years of experience in marketing, digital promotions, event sponsorships, or agency collaboration.Strong network in media, PR, marketing agencies, corporate brands, and influencer communities.Hands-on experience with social media management tools, paid ad campaigns, and content marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to brand growth.
