Healthcare Support SpecialistOur organization is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to support our operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Assist with completing medical assessments, interviewing clients via phone or videoconference, and maintaining electronic medical records and reports.2. Fill out registration forms, compliance paperwork, and other related documents based on program requirements.3. Manage and schedule medical appointments, answer phone calls, and communicate clearly with clients and medical professionals.4. Assist with participant enrollments, Medicaid approvals, client benefits, compliance, insurance, billing, and interactions with government agencies.5. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:a. Fluency in English reading, speaking, and understanding.b. Bachelor's Degree minimum.c. At least 1 year working in a healthcare field in an administrative role.d. Experience with EMR software and medical terminologies.e. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications.
