About the Procurement RoleOur organization seeks an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities globally.This role will drive supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our programs, events, technology platforms, and operational functions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks globally.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive cost efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
