Business Intelligence SpecialistWe are looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the FP&A department, you will play a crucial role in helping us make informed strategic decisions by leveraging strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets and broadcast insights clearly to stakeholders company-wide.About the Role:Partner with Director, FP&A to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis.Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership.Analyze data to highlight actionable insights that inform business decisions.Develop and maintain financial reporting processes, creating dashboards that help visualize performance.Aid in creation and management of budgets.Requirements:3 – 5 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.Relevant college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysis and report development.Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.Mastery of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.This role requires someone who is able to think critically, work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
