Editorial Review SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Editorial Review Specialist to oversee our peer review process from submission to publication.Manage end-to-end editorial review for assigned manuscripts, including reviewer selection and invitations, review monitoring, decision preparation, and revision management.Build, vet, and maintain a high-quality pool of reviewers; track expertise coverage and develop relationships with top reviewers for efficient evaluations.Monitor workflows and throughput, proactively addressing delays and optimizing processes to ensure timely decisions.Collaborate with the editorial team to deliver a seamless author experience from submission through publication.Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as template development and automation, to enhance efficiency and quality.Maintain accurate records in the manuscript system: reviewer activity, decisions, correspondence, and policy exceptions.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Editorial Review Specialist.
