We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Business Analyst in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • 3+ years of experience working in Strategic Initiatives and Investor Relation.
  • Provide focused support to the management to help advance organizational strategic goals and objectives.
  • Help manage, plan, execute and ensure follow up of high impact strategic initiatives.
  • For each initiative, prioritize task, action items and recommendations. Prepare roadmaps and timeline and monitor the progress of the initiative against this.
  • Support the management for future potential fund-raises including identification of potential investors, maintenance of the investor database, preparation of Investor Memorandums and other collateral including financial models, maintenance of investor specific trackers for each funding process, liaise with vendors for inbound DD, term sheer review & negotiation support and legal documentation review & negotiation support, as necessary.
  • Establish a deep understanding of operational processes and controls. Document current and future state operational process. Document process improvement and expected cost savings metrics.
  • Identify and prepare a business case for optimization opportunities.
  • Support the M&A process from end to end – Identify and help recruit potential targets through collateral preparation, Liaise with M&A consultants, term sheet preparation and review, financial modelling for various deal structures etc.
  • Prepare targets, KPIs and metrics that a potential M&A has to achieve with timelines and continuously monitor the merger / acquisition / partnership against set targets, KPIs and Metrics and escalate issues to the senior management as required.
  • Conduct research and general analysis on relevant business segments and stay up to date with the key business trends in the segments of interest.
  • Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business.


Educational Qualification:

Masters in Finance or Business Administration from a reputed University.
