We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Senior Finance Manager in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Control, General Accounting in US GAAP.
  • 8+ years of experience in timely closure of monthly, quarterly Financial reporting, annual accounts, audits and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting / MIS. activities (preferably candidates from GCC/CoE/Big 4 who have worked on USGAAP).
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting,
  • Inventory accounting and Revenue recognition as per the respective accounting policies.
  • Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently
  • within the organization.
  • Manage the company’s funding-related financial diligence, and coordination with internal
  • and external teams.
  • Lead the budgeting and controlling processes.
  • Implement measures for all Cost Control activities.
  • Ensure unit-wise profitability (along with the relevant business heads).
  • Ensure proper financial control and processes.
  • Present monthly financials to the senior management and business heads.
  • Monitor/ report monthly operating results against the budget.


Educational Qualification:

Chartered Accountant - Must
