Desktop Hardware EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide second-level technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Key responsibilities include:Diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues escalated from the L1 support team.Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software applications, and system updates.Performing root cause analysis to identify recurring technical problems and develop solutions.Working closely with the IT team, you will implement projects, upgrades, and best practices. Your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will enable you to effectively troubleshoot break/fix issues of Windows and Mac computers.To be successful in this role, you should have:An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a desktop support or similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
