Job Title: Associate - Public Relations

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:


  • Helping launches content pitch for the media which includes Traditional and New Age media.
  • Have a basic knowledge of Broking, Wealth and Asset Management.
  • Tracking brand vibes and metrics - your insights will keep us levelling up.
  • Keeping a close watch on competitors to keep our reputation and brand a step ahead.
  • Managing agency relationships like a boss, making sure they get our brand vision.
  • Syncing up with teams across Business units so that everything we do looks, feels, and sounds like us.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with top journalists, editors, and media outlets to land killer brand coverage.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and standout communication materials that grab attention.
  • Plan and execute buzzworthy PR events, from press conferences to product launches that steal the spotlight
  • Strategically navigate challenging situations to safeguard and enhance the brand’s reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance to keep your strategies sharp.
  • Stay ahead of the game with insights on industry trends, competitor moves, and media opportunities.


Who you are:


  • Experience: 6 - 8 years in brand and PR management (agency side or tech-first brand is a plus)
  • Brand Obsessed: Eye for detail, stellar project management skills, and an instinct for what works
  • Data-Driven: You can turn metrics into moves and know how to make numbers make sense
  • All-In Attitude: You’re hands-on, execution-focused, and bring your A-game every day
