We enjoy remarkable success in head-hunting for positions whose salaries are ‘above US$ 200,000 across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.


We operate from New Jersey, Dubai, and Chennai serve clients in 40 countries.


Key Criteria:

·      Compelling communication skills both verbal and written ( with no grammar mistakes)

·      Loves to interact with leaders in USA and Europe

·      Good at learning new topics and skills

Job Profile :

·      Understanding and research about the requirements

·      Sourcing from Portals and Google  ( we will train you very well in this )

·      Calling the candidates and conversions

Qualifications:  Any good qualification is fine. But what matters is ‘ Drive to succeed’

·      A strong understanding of Global markets industry trends, and cultural nuances.

·      A passion for reading, research and adapting to new situations

Screening Test : You will have to go through a Screening test that will check your connect with Global markets.

  • If you studied or lived in USA or Europe its an advantage.


Overall experience range : 5 to 10 years.

Salary range : We follow 50: 50 ration for fixed salary : incentives.

Depending on the experience , Salary Range would be Rs 12 to 20 Lacs per annum
