Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with expertise in Cisco Meraki technologies and Palo Alto Firewalls.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki networking devices, including switches and access pointsMonitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business requirements and cybersecurity best practicesDevelop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and proceduresImplement and manage network automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasksProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior network team membersStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in network security and infrastructureRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field4+ years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Palo Alto Firewalls and Cisco Meraki technologiesPalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certificationCisco Meraki certification (e.g., CMNA, CMNO)In-depth knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocolsExperience with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issuesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the legal services or healthcare industryKnowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure)Familiarity with SD-WAN technologiesExperience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 1.1 and NYDFS 500.03
