Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement while overseeing workload, prioritization, and performance to ensure client deliverables meet the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve exceptional resultsProvide coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to build team capability and confidenceFacilitate strategy workshops with clients to define goals, success measures, and change management alignmentTranslate business needs into actionable strategies and scalable adoption frameworksSolution Design & Delivery OversightProvide strategic oversight for solution design and delivery across enterprise applicationsEnsure solutions align with client adoption goals and integrate seamlessly into their digital ecosystemsReview and guide solution design to ensure user-centric and outcome-focused approachesPartner with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and outcomesThought Leadership & EvangelismEvangelize best practices for digital adoption among our clientsMentor junior consultants and developers on consulting skills and technical best practicesBuild a team of DAP Consultants and drive thought leadership in digital adoptionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field8+ years of experience in DAP design, development, or implementation (WalkMe expertise preferred)3–5 years of experience in leading consulting teams, coaching talent, and managing client-facing projectsProven ability to consult with executive stakeholders and shape digital adoption strategiesPersonal Qualities:Strategic thinker with a consultative mindsetStrong coaching and mentoring skillsExcellent communicator with executive presenceAble to translate technical capabilities into business outcomesWe value diversity, equity, and inclusion and are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
