At Strategy, you're not just another employee; you're a crucial part of a mission to push the boundaries of analytics and redefine financial investment.Role Overview :Join as a Software Architect responsible for defining technical direction, system architecture, and development standards for performance-critical, globally distributed C++/Unix systems. You will guide engineering teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant, and resilient backend systems to meet business requirements.- Define and enforce software development standards, coding guidelines, and design patterns across teams.- Review and provide constructive feedback on technical designs and implementations.- Lead architectural discussions and decision-making processes with global engineering and product stakeholders.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system efficiency and scalability.- Drive adoption of best practices around CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring.- Collaborate with security teams to ensure system compliance with security and regulatory standards.- Support incident response and post-incident analysis from an architectural perspective to improve system robustness.- Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-team collaboration and technical alignment.Requirements :- 10+ years of hands-on experience in modern C++ development.- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux system internals, multithreaded programming, and performance optimization.- Proficient with debugging, profiling, and build tools such as Git, gdb, Valgrind, and CMake.- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.- Familiarity with networking protocols and distributed system architecture.- Experience with C++20, Boost, STL, or other modern C++ libraries.- Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.- Exposure to Java (Spring Boot) and Redis.
