Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Backend Engineer.This position involves working on a microservices-based application designed with a modular architecture for efficient data management and seamless interaction between services.The system leverages RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, database integration, and cloud-native infrastructure for scalability, security, and efficient deployment.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing scalable backend microservices using Golang.Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs with schema validation and structured logging.Integrating Amazon Cognito for user authentication and secure token validation.Collaborating with developers to ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple databases.Containerizing microservices with Docker and deploying them via Kubernetes.Setting up and managing EKS clusters, leveraging AWS services for infrastructure management.Optimizing backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshooting complex issues across the stack.Requirements:Strong background in Golang programming language.Experience with AWS services and cloud-native infrastructure.Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases and schema design.Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
