Backend DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and building high-quality, scalable backend systems using C# and ASP.NET Web API.Design and build RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API services.Develop high-quality C# code adhering to SOLID principles, clean architecture, and unit/integration tests.Model data and write performant T-SQL queries with joins, CTEs, and window functions.Optimize database queries and indexes for improved performance.Implement background jobs, health endpoints, and observability features such as logs, metrics, and traces.Secure APIs using authentication and authorization mechanisms, handle configuration and secrets securely, and harden IIS settings.Diagnose production issues by analyzing log files, SQL execution plans, and memory dumps, and drive root cause analysis.To be successful in this role, you will need:At least 8 years of experience in backend engineering with .NET Framework 4.x and deep knowledge of ASP.NET Web API.Strong skills in SQL Server/T-SQL, including stored procedures, indexing, isolation levels, and deadlock analysis.Familiarity with async/concurrency programming, collections, memory/perf tuning in C#, and Git, CI/CD, automated testing.Experience with IIS + Windows Server deployment.
