Application Portfolio Management (APM) EngineerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) professional to support enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX. This role is critical in capturing, analyzing, and maintaining application metadata to assess current technology usage, align future business requirements, and guide decisions on modernization, consolidation, or new application development.This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote. Our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Populate and maintain accurate application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the application portfolio.You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies and support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate applications for business value (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact, cost efficiency).Assess technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability).Identify candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Requirements:4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.Strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) is required.What We Offer:5%-15% travel as per business requirements.Why This Role Matters:This role directly supports our enterprise-wide transformation by enabling smarter technology investments, reducing redundancy, and aligning IT capabilities with business strategy.
