About this key role, we are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sourcing Manager to oversee all procurement activities across our global operations. This position will drive supplier acquisition, contract management, purchasing governance, and end-to-end procurement processes that support our programs, technology platforms, and operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and requirements.Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring across multiple categories.Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.Implement procurement policies, risk controls, and compliance frameworks across global operations.Oversee purchase orders, supplier agreements, and procurement documentation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to forecast needs and ensure seamless procurement support.Conduct market research, cost analysis, and supplier benchmarking to drive efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in multinational or fast-growing environments.Strong negotiation skills with proven experience managing diverse supplier portfolios.Solid understanding of procurement governance, cost management, and vendor lifecycle management.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and develop procurement dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in service-based procurement is an advantage.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.OthersThis role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business value through effective procurement practices.
