Job Title: Implementation Specialist – Poultry Farm Management SoftwareLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeReports To: Implementation HeadRequired Experience: 2 to 4 YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team in delivering cutting-edge poultry farm management software to clients. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and poultry enterprise operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, configuration, and usage of the software.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients at poultry enterprises to gather, understand, and analyze operational and technical requirements.- Translate business needs into effective system configurations and workflows.- Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including setup, data migration, user training, and go-live support.- Conduct client-facing presentations, workshops, and training sessions.- Identify potential challenges during implementation and provide timely, effective solutions.- Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into future releases.- Document implementation steps, best practices, and issue resolutions.Required Skills & Qualifications- MBA in operations management or supply chain management or IT management- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.- Familiarity with poultry farm operations or agriculture technology is a strong plus.Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or tech support.- Knowledge of data management, software configuration, and user training best practices.- Experience with SaaS platforms or agriculture-specific software tools.What We Offer- Opportunity to work at the intersection of agriculture and technology.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.- Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.- Extensive travel within India and abroad- Competitive salary package.
