Role: Inside Sales Executive (B2C Healthcare)Summary: This is a sales role requiring strong consultative selling skills. As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue through the leads that we'll provide to you. What we're doing may be new to you. But we just need you to come with the enthusiasm to learn new things. Rest assured, we'll train you well before you get in the field. Advisory is at the heart of HealthTick, and we’re serious about offering people a helpful experience. So we never push-sell, never mis-sell. Location: Sector 63, Noida (100% work from office)Working days: 6 days a week (rotational week off)Date of joining: Immediate Roles & ResponsibilitiesConnect with users who sign up for HealthTick via audio or video callYou'll be speaking to people who have booked a consultation with you, as well as cold calling those people who have registered in HealthTick.In the consultation call, you'll have to take a deep dive into the user's health goals, their habits & help them make an informed decision about their health.Make people enrol in HealthTick's weight loss program.RequirementsTo thrive at HealthTick, you’ll need a passion for helping people and a knack for making complex topics simple. Here’s what matters most:Excellent Communication Skills: You’re clear, empathetic, and comfortable talking to people from all walks of life.Excellent listener: You get the user talking, you understand their challenges & guide them towards smart decisions with your influential skillsLanguage Skills: Fluency in English is essential; knowing other languages is a plus.Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable using basic digital toolsStartup Mindset: Should be comfortable working in a not-so-systemised environment.
