Job TitleAmazing AI Systems Engineer.Ambitious, Experienced, and Results-Driven AI Engineer RequiredDescriptionThis role is designed for individuals passionate about working at the forefront of next-generation AI and healthcare with hands-on experience and ownership.We're looking for a quick-learning engineer who can thrive at the intersection of backend systems and AI orchestration, someone who can design and implement sophisticated multi-agent pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, n8n, and the OpenAI Agent SDK.Key Responsibilities Include:Designing RAG pipelines (ingestion → embedding → retrieval → synthesis) optimized for multi-modal knowledge bases.Building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and call tools via LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, or custom logic.Integrating agents with backend APIs, databases, and workflows (FastAPI, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).Create event-driven and streaming architectures using WebSockets and queues for real-time AI responses.Developing observability and cost tracking systems for long-running or multi-step agent processes.Collaborate with product and research teams to rapidly experiment with new AI capabilities.You'll work on critical projects across various fields including oncology, neurology, pediatrics, neonatal care, psychiatry, primary care, population health, and more. Some examples include:Developing an assessment for premature babies.Predicting suicide, violence, addiction, and recidivism in jails and prisons.Identifying PTSD and TBI in front-line combat troops.Helping homeless organizations identify people who can be helped off the street.Discovering new endpoints for clinical trials.Predicting treatment responses for psychiatric patients.Many more.
