Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate will support the event engine team in backend development, primarily associated with message broker. This role requires expertise in .Net Core backend web services, RESTful APIs, Event-driven Architecture, and Relational Databases. Roles & Responsibilities Work with lead engineer on a combination of C# and SQL/TSQL, supporting scalable, high transaction, event-driven data processing systems. Develop and maintain .Net Core backend web services and RESTful APIs. Implement and manage event-driven architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sprint commitments and help the team meet objectives. Required Skills: Proficiency in C# / .Net Core Experience with MSSQL Knowledge of Azure Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture Experience with REST APIs Understanding of CI/CD and IaC Medical Experience, HL7, Agentic AI (Azure AI Foundry) Why Join Us?
