Photography Production & ExecutionAssist in planning, executing, and capturing high-quality imagery for campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce, and product shoots.Support the photography team in lighting setup, styling, props, and logistics for in-house, studio, and outdoor sessions.Maintain visual consistency across all photography in line with SDS's luxury aesthetic.2. Videography & Motion ContentCapture short-form videos, BTS content, and campaign films for social media and digital use.Support in shoot planning, framing, and motion storytelling to bring creative concepts to life.Edit and refine video content to ensure seamless storytelling and visual appeal.3. Creative Development & Visual DirectionContribute to moodboard creation, theme development, and shoot ideation in collaboration with stylists and the creative team.Research and suggest new visual trends in fashion photography and videography relevant to luxury branding.4. Post-Production & EditingEdit, retouch, and color-correct images while maintaining luxury editorial quality standards.Manage video editing, transitions, audio synchronization, and visual enhancements.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality post-production outputs for campaigns and digital platforms.5. Digital Asset ManagementOrganize, tag, and maintain archives of raw and edited content, ensuring quick accessibility and secure storage.Coordinate with editors and production teams for efficient post-production workflows.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with stylists, designers, marketing, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.Support in creating visual content that aligns with ongoing marketing, social media, and e-commerce objectives.7. Equipment & Studio CoordinationManage studio setup, camera gear, lighting equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.Coordinate with vendors for equipment rentals, setups, and shoot logistics.8. Innovation & Market ResearchStay updated with industry trends, creative techniques, and tools in fashion photography and motion design.Explore new ways to integrate visual storytelling with brand campaigns and digital content strategy.Required Skills & Software ProficiencyPhotography & Videography ToolsDSLR / Mirrorless camera handling, lens operations, lighting control, reflectors, tripods, and studio rig setup.Editing & Post-ProductionAdobe Photoshop – high-end retouching and visual refinement.Adobe Lightroom – batch editing, tone correction, and catalog management.Adobe Premiere Pro – professional video editing.Adobe After Effects – motion graphics and cinematic effects.DaVinci Resolve – color grading (preferred).Capture One – tethered shooting and RAW image processing.Design & Layout ToolsCanva and Figma for visual mockups, layout compositions, and lookbook presentations.File & Workflow ManagementGoogle Drive, Dropbox – file organization, version tracking, and collaborative sharing.PREREQUISITES:Strong visual sensibility and artistic eye for composition, lighting, and detail.Proficiency in camera handling, lighting setups, and professional photography workflows.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro for editing and post-production.Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Ability to take direction and work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.Presentable and attuned to luxury fashion aesthetics and visual storytelling.Passion for fashion, photography, and creative expression.At least one prior internship or professional experience in fashion or luxury photography is preferred.
