What You’ll Actually Do - Support strategic growth initiatives across multiple brands - Track and follow up on actionables - no loose ends - Coordinate across teams (design, copy, media, retention) to keep work moving - Own daily/weekly reporting and help build visibility for key metrics - Bring operational discipline to the chaos that comes with scaling brands Who You Are (as a person, not a resume) - You care about doing things well, not just doing them - You notice details others miss - You follow through even when no one is watching - You communicate clearly, calmly, respectfully - You love structure, but aren’t afraid of chaos - You want to learn how real growth works, not how it looks on Instagram Your day might look like this: - Chase this month’s numbers as if it’s your business - Plan for next month too because growth is built, not lucked into - Think about what might move ROAS this week - Think about CRO and where customers might be dropping - Coordinate with copy + design to launch fast - Find what works, Kill what doesn’t - Ask: What haven’t we tried yet?
