About This RoleWe are seeking skilled Patch Management Engineers to support the deployment, monitoring, and compliance-wide patch management solution. The role involves patch lifecycle management, remote software distribution, asset tracking, and regulatory reporting across a large number of endpoints.Patch Lifecycle ManagementManage the patch lifecycle from acquisition to deployment, ensuring integrity verification (SHA1, MD5) and testing in UAT environments before rollout.Deploy patches across various platforms, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and third-party applications.Schedule patch rollouts and implement rollback mechanisms as needed.Monitor patch status and ensure timely deployment.Asset & Inventory ManagementDiscover and inventory hardware and software assets across platforms, maintaining accurate records and ensuring license compliance.Generate reports on asset usage, software distribution, and compliance.Compliance & ReportingProduce regular reports in multiple formats, create dashboards for patch compliance and vulnerability status, and support regulatory reporting.Trigger alerts based on patch/vulnerability thresholds.Integration & SupportIntegrate patch management with SIEM, ITSM, LDAP, PIM/PAM systems, provide secure remote access, and maintain documentation.RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in patch management in enterprise environments.Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO27001, CERT-In, IRDAI).Proficiency in patching tools, familiarity with BigFix, ManageEngine, and SCCM, knowledge of asset management and software compliance.Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Admin certification is desirable but not mandatory.
