They will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts.Perform manual testing across Salesforce Lightning & Classic.Log and track defects in a tracking system with complete clarity.Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly.Run regression tests and validate enhancements.Support release cycles, environment refreshes, and backups.Work with product owners and developers on requirements.Support user acceptance testing and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.Required Skills:Expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud applications (Sales, Service, etc.).Strong manual testing skills — functional, regression, integration, UAT.Experience with software development life cycles, including Agile practices.Ability to manage test data across various environments.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
