Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is not a manual or automation testing QA profile. Instead, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving processes across various departments.Your primary objective will be to conduct process reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall quality. You will also provide coaching and support to employees to ensure they understand and execute quality standards effectively.To achieve this, you will analyze findings from process reviews, develop reports highlighting trends and opportunities for growth, and recommend preventive and corrective actions. Additionally, you will track business unit responses to identified issues and escalate unresolved matters to senior management.This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
