Join our expanding team as a Security Analyst We're looking for a committed and skilled professional to safeguard our organization's networks, systems, and data through meticulous design, implementation, and maintenance of security measures. This role demands a proactive individual with a solid grasp of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development: Create and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Network Monitoring: Track network traffic for irregular activities and swiftly respond to potential threats.
- Vulnerability Assessments: Conduct regular assessments and penetration tests to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Security Tools Management: Implement and manage security tools such as NDR, EDR, and DLP.
- Incident Response: Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate incident response efforts.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to enhance our security measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and other departments to fortify our overall security posture.
- Training and Support: Educate and support staff on best practices in cybersecurity.
- Educational Background: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role with 5-6 years of experience in Information Security.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of security frameworks and risk management methodologies, along with experience in network, application, and cloud security.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
