Job Opportunity OverviewThis role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent technical skills and enjoy providing support to clients.Key responsibilities include providing Tier-2 client support, collaborating with the Engineering department, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Effective communication and coordination with internal teams, as well as external clients, are also essential aspects of this position.Additional duties may include assisting QA leads, troubleshooting technical issues, speaking with customers, proposing workarounds, and following up on client concerns.Key Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
