Job Title: Digital Operations InternWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Intern to support our team in various projects. As an intern, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and customizing Zoho apps, building workflows and automation projects, managing data across Zoho apps, creating reports and analytics dashboards, documenting processes and configurations, and providing first-level support to internal users.Key Responsibilities:App Support: Set up, configure, and customize Zoho apps like CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Creator, and user onboarding.Workflow Automation: Build workflows, blueprints, triggers, and rules using Zoho Creator. Design custom forms, modules, and dashboards.Data Management: Import, clean, and maintain data across Zoho apps. Create reports and analytics dashboards for various departments.Technical Documentation: Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Prepare training materials and user guides.User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level support to internal users. Identify system issues and escalate when necessary.Project Assistance: Participate in digital transformation and system integration projects.
