Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take their career to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation:Implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US and Canada Payroll, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Payroll Configuration and Setup:Configure and set up Payroll elements for US and Canada regions, adhering to regulatory requirements.Technical Knowledge:Maintain strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes and element setup for US and Canada regions.Taxation and Year-End Knowledge:Ensure compliance with US and Canada year-end taxation regulations, including t4/rl1/w4.Skills Development:Develop and maintain skills in North America Taxation, BIP, OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA, and HDL.Communication and Documentation:Effectively communicate with stakeholders and document functional requirements, specifications, and test cases.Problem-Solving and Support:Analyze and resolve complex issues, providing support for integrations, reports, and data imports/extractions.Requirements:Education:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.Skills:Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certifications:Possess relevant certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in HCM Cloud.What We Offer:Competitive Salary:A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Ongoing Training and Development:Opportunities for ongoing training and development, to stay ahead in the industry.Beneficial Working Environment:A positive and supportive working environment, with a diverse team of professionals.
