We are seeking a Chess Educator to lead our online classes. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching children the game of chess.Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in chess and experience in teaching children. They should be able to create a fun and engaging learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.Teach children from 6 to 16 years old onlineHave a humble nature with empathetic values to connect with younger childrenConduct creative activities and develop interactive classroomsEnsure students enjoy the courseEngage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goalsEvaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvementConduct demo sessions with students and ensure conversionsConduct group and private lessons as requiredProvide a fun and creative environmentRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong subject knowledgeExperience in teaching chessRelevant working experienceBenefits:Good English & Hindi communication skillsMust have experience in teaching children (mandatory)Laptop and good internet connection is also requiredOthers:Option from the comfort of your home. Salary structure is as follows:Per session basis for 7 AM - 9 PM: 125/- per session + 75/- per demoFor 25-60 sessions: 150/- per session + 100/- per demoFor 61-80 sessions: 200/- per session + 125/- per demoFor 81 and above sessions: 250/- per session + 150/- per demoYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee: Normal hours - 4 hours; Month 1: 4000 INR, Month 2: 8000 INR, Month 3 and onwards: 12000 INR. 6 hours: Month 1: 5500 INR, Month 2: 10500 INR, Month 3 and onwards: 16000 INR.
