About the RoleThe Contingent Workforce Solutions Manager will lead successful implementations of our platform for clients and partners. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will simplify complex business requirements into tailored configurations within our platform.Techno-Functional Leadership: End-to-end implementation of functional workstreams as a product expert.Solution Design Ownership: Facilitate design phase sharing industry best practices and developing functional design documentation.Advanced Configuration: Translate business requirements into configurations ensuring seamless transition to production environments.Deployment Management: Develop deployment plans ensuring smooth transition to production environments.Collaboration: Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners navigating stakeholder expectations.Responsibilities:Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Measure and track progress against project timelines and milestones.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams.Analyzing and identifying process improvements opportunities and implement changes.Evaluating and refining solutions to meet client needs and improve business outcomes.This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing contingent workforce management systems and a deep understanding of industry best practices.
