With over 220 employees worldwide and a strong customer base featuring top 10 global Life Sciences companies, we are committed to serving clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence backed by a global delivery platform.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Database Solutions: Partner with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team to implement data warehouse solutions within our internal system, leveraging data design expertise to improve efficiency in the long term.Maintain Analytics Data Warehouse: Responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, utilizing data from various internal applications and data vendors.Contribute to Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied, driving adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.Develop Automated Reporting: Deliver data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders as needed, documenting ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality.Qualifications:Master Data Management Experience: Professional work experience in Master Data Management, with hands-on experience preferred.Enterprise-Level MDM Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.MDM Trends and Concepts Awareness: Awareness of MDM trends, MDM concepts, and other technologies in the market.SQL Language Proficiency: High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.ETL and Analytics Tools Knowledge: Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.What We Offer:Opportunity to Work with Global CustomersChallenging and Supportive Work EnvironmentRapid Career Growth OpportunitiesCompetitive Compensation and BenefitsBusiness Casual Dress Policy
