Job OverviewThe Communication Skills Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to equip associates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance associates' communication skills, including voice and accent, language, and behavior.Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching plans to address gaps in performance.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.Monitor and track associate performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support growth and development.Design and deliver refresher training sessions to reinforce key concepts and maintain associate proficiency.Facilitate internal audits to evaluate communication and soft skills practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Develop and implement strategies to improve lower-performing associates' communication skills, resulting in improved performance and job satisfaction.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement by running regular refreshers that meet specific KPIs.Train new hires on effective communication, cultural aspects, and other relevant skills to ensure successful integration into the team.What We're Looking ForStrong background in communication skills training and coaching.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to analyze data and identify trends.Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
