POSITION: MOTIVATIONAL SALES TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

- Orient new sales representatives by conducting an overview of the sales process,

creating Personalized coaching plans, providing resources and support, and scheduling
orientation drive along with senior representatives.
- Identify areas for improvement through skills gap analysis by shadowing the sales team,

observing sales interactions, analyzing sales results reports, and consulting with sales
Head.
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing

coaching, conducting training sessions, and creating outcome improvement resources.
- Serve as a motivator for new sales representatives by inspiring and encouraging their

growth and development.
- Support learning initiatives (e.g. new product introductions, messaging, techniques) as a

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in a contact center

or sales driven organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in sales training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Must have the ability to motivate and inspire others.

**Salary**: Up to ₹29,782.12 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
