Our mission is to drive success through technology and expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.About the RoleThe Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our Capital Markets and Investment Banking IT environments.Responsibilities- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking IT environments.- Strong working knowledge of capital market instruments – Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Structured Products.- Hands-on experience with data mapping, data extraction, and data transformation in technical projects.- Proficiency in SQL – ability to query, analyze, and profile data independently.- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market data systems, and trading platforms.- Experience with SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL Developer, etc.- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Required Skills- Technical Business Analysis in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.- Data mapping, extraction, and transformation.- SQL proficiency.- Understanding of trade lifecycle and market data systems.- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
