About the Role The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our Capital Markets and Investment Banking IT environments. Responsibilities - 8+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Investment Banking IT environments. - Strong working knowledge of capital market instruments – Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Structured Products. - Hands-on experience with data mapping, data extraction, and data transformation in technical projects. - Proficiency in SQL – ability to query, analyze, and profile data independently. - Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, market data systems, and trading platforms. - Experience with SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models. - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, SQL Developer, etc. - Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills - Technical Business Analysis in Capital Markets or Investment Banking. - Data mapping, extraction, and transformation. - SQL proficiency. - Understanding of trade lifecycle and market data systems. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant tools.
