Marketing Manager - Demand Generation Job OverviewThis is a hands-on, metrics-driven role where you'll own the entire journey from awareness to paid conversion.You'll be responsible for driving users to our freemium products and converting them to paid. This includes owning the demand engine and working with our ICP (Consumer brands, Retailers & Ecommerce, Agencies, Platforms) to drive traffic and conversions.The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and demand generation, with a strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition and conversion.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives user acquisition and conversion.Own the demand engine and work with our ICP to drive traffic and conversions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve goals.Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you'll need:3+ years of experience in marketing and demand generation.Proven track record of driving user acquisition and conversion.Strong understanding of how to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Health insurance.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.401(k) matching.Location and Work Schedule:This is a remote position with US shift hours (Monday to Friday).
