Job Title: Senior Tax AnalystLocation: Newtown, Kolkata (US shift timings)Experience: 5-9 yearsIndustry: Chemical and MaterialsAbout the Company: Our client company is a leading global manufacturer in the chemical and packaging sector, specializing in sustainable solutions that support industries worldwide.Job Summary: The client company is currently looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Senior Tax Analyst in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will support the Tax Consolidation Manager in establishing an efficient tax function.What will be expected from you?- Direct Tax - Must.- Experience working with Federal and Texas State Tax.- Tax Nexus management.- Withholding Tax Compliance (1042 filing etc.)- Sales and Use Tax - compliance and experience - Must.- Collaborate with consultants on property tax assessments, gradually building proficiency and understanding of the process.- Experience with Tax Planning - transfer pricing and R&D incentives- Canada VAT filings (Outsourced). Liaison will be needed.- Liaison with Bangkok GHQ and Charlotte Regional tax office is implied as the case may be.- Cross culture / Cross time zone experience preferred.- Work on tax related business processes efficiently.- High quality analytics of tax positions for global tax footprints.- High quality information system supported by SAP, OTP, Consolidation modules- Support structure for 100% compliance with laws of land.- Work on OTP and Consolidation modules to automate and enhance the accuracy of data flow.- Target 100% accurate tax accounting.- Tax optimization.- Optimize without compromising compliance requirements.- Foster mutual trust and confidence with indirect subordinates, consultants.Required Qualification- CA qualified (mandatory)- CPA (Preferred)Interested candidates can send your CV atEmail: ann@anthroplace.inPhone: 9230998562
