In this role, you will support the Tax Consolidation Manager in establishing an efficient tax function.What will be expected from you?- Direct Tax - Must.- Experience working with Federal and Texas State Tax.- Tax Nexus management.- Withholding Tax Compliance (1042 filing etc.)- Sales and Use Tax - compliance and experience - Must.- Collaborate with consultants on property tax assessments, gradually building proficiency and understanding of the process.- Experience with Tax Planning - transfer pricing and R&D incentives- Canada VAT filings (Outsourced). Liaison will be needed.- Liaison with Bangkok GHQ and Charlotte Regional tax office is implied as the case may be.- Cross culture / Cross time zone experience preferred.- Work on tax related business processes efficiently.- High quality analytics of tax positions for global tax footprints.- High quality information system supported by SAP, OTP, Consolidation modules- Support structure for 100% compliance with laws of land.- Work on OTP and Consolidation modules to automate and enhance the accuracy of data flow.- Target 100% accurate tax accounting.- Tax optimization.- Optimize without compromising compliance requirements.- Foster mutual trust and confidence with indirect subordinates, consultants.Required Qualification- CA qualified (mandatory)- CPA (Preferred)Interested candidates can send your CV atEmail: Phone:
