We focus on innovation, practical application, and pushing the boundaries of automation and AI-driven robotics.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Intern to support our engineering team in the design, development, and testing of robotic systems and components. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the prototyping of mechanical parts and assemblies using technical skillsParticipate in product assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic systemsSupport fabrication, machining, and 3D printing tasksConduct research and benchmarking of components and materialsCollaborate with the electrical and software teams for integration and system testingPrepare documentation, BOMs (Bill of Materials), drafting, vendor visits and follow-upEnsure compliance with mechanical safety and quality standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech, Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldBasic understanding of mechanical systems, robotics, and manufacturing processesProficiency in CAD software (Solidworks preferred)Basic knowledge in Part Design, Assembly, Compact design practicesBasics knowledge of engineering calculations, Weight distribution, Thermodynamics, MechanicsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesEagerness to learn and contribute to real-world engineering challengesPreferred (but not mandatory):Experience with hands-on tools, workshop work, or mechanical fabricationExposure to robotics, automation projects, or mini-projectsKnowledge of materials and production methodsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work on live robotics projectsMentorship from experienced engineersExposure to cross-functional product developmentA creative, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
