To centrally manage spare planning, SAP PM support, CAPEX execution, brownfield engineering projects, and provide technical support to plant maintenance teams to ensure high equipment availability, cost optimization, and operational excellence.1.Spare Parts Planning & Control Plan and manage critical spare parts centrally across plants. Implement A/B/C criticality ranking using FMEA approach. Optimize inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory. Standardize spare specifications and vendors across locations. 2. SAP PM Support Support plants in SAP PM master data creation and governance. Ensure correct maintenance plans, task lists, BOMs, and equipment hierarchy. Track preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance compliance. Train site teams on SAP PM best practices. 3. CAPEX Handling Plan, execute, and track CAPEX projects (greenfield & brownfield). Validate technical specifications, BOQs, and vendor quotations. Monitor CAPEX utilization, timelines, and cost adherence. Support commissioning, handover, and documentation. 4. Brownfield Engineering Projects Lead debottlenecking, capacity enhancement, and layout optimization projects. Execute equipment retrofits, automation upgrades, and process improvements. Coordinate with production, quality, safety, and vendors during execution. Ensure minimal production disruption during brownfield modifications. 5. Central Maintenance & Engineering Support Provide technical support to site maintenance teams. Support AMC planning, vendor finalization, and performance review. Drive standard maintenance practices across plants.
