Market Research Leader PositionAt FutureBridge, our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Market Research Leader to manage custom market research studies from start to finish.Lead project planning and execution, understanding client requirements and delivering high-quality work.Develop well-defined proposals, estimate efforts, handle client communication, and manage feedback.Support managers in effort estimation and ensure quality excellence throughout the project.Handle client communication for specific studies, including deliverable presentations and feedback calls.The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in custom market research or consulting, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent. They should be detail-oriented, possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be able to analyze complex data.We are looking for someone with experience handling different custom market research studies, open-source and commercial databases, and recent industry happenings. Familiarity with trends in medical technology, clinical trials, and latest technologies like Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning is essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and results.Requirements:Bachelor's and Master's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.3-6 years of experience in custom market research or consulting.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience with market research tools and software.Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.Knowledge of medical technology, clinical trials, and latest technologies like Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning.
