DescriptionKey Responsibilities :AVD Monitoring & ManagementMonitor AVD infrastructure performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Workbooks.Manage session hosts, load balancing, and host pool performance.Conduct routine health checks of AVD components.User Provisioning & Session ManagementCreate and manage user assignments, host pool registrations, and resource groups.Maintain and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles and storage containers.Manage user access policies and application assignments.Troubleshooting & SupportHandle escalated issues related to :User login failures or profile load errorsFSLogix profile corruption or slow loginsRemote application accessPrinter redirection and USB device redirection issuesUse diagnostic tools and PowerShell scripts to analyze and resolve problems.Configuration & OptimizationSupport image management and golden image deployments.Implement best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.Maintain session timeouts, autoscaling rules, and user limits.Integration & ScriptingUse PowerShell scripting for automation, user/session management, and reporting.Integrate with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device and policy management.Documentation & CollaborationMaintain documentation for system procedures, incidents, and change logs.Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for project implementations.Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications2- 4 years of relevant experience in Azure Cloud, AVD, or VDI environmentsIn-depth Knowledge OfAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture and servicesFSLogix user profile managementActive Directory, Group Policies, and Azure ADExperience supporting Windows 10/11 multi-session environmentsStrong Troubleshooting Skills InAVD session connectivityRemote application performanceProfile loading issuesHands-on WithPowerShell scriptingRemote Desktop Clients and Azure support toolsMicrosoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) (preferred)Understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)Nice To HaveExposure to Citrix, VMware Horizon, or other VDI technologiesKnowledge of Azure Automation, ARM templates, or TerraformMicrosoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-140) are a plus)
