Job Description:

The eLearning Graphic Designer creates OnDemand courses and content utilizing Articulate, Vyond, Captivate and other eLearning authoring and multimedia tools. Utilizing templates and subject matter experts provided storyboards. The eLearning Graphic Designer will rapidly convert instructor-led training into self-study courses. The eLearning Graphic Designer will ensure that the courses meet all Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements and will be responsible for all necessary documentation and testing. The developer will follow GT visual identity and create high-quality materials utilizing the full functionality of the applicable development tools.


The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and characteristics:

  • Proficient with development tools such as Articulate Storyline including Rise, Captivate, Vyond, as well as, multimedia/editing tools such as Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Premiere
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in developing self-paced eLearning
  • A business-minded learning professional with ability to thrive in a culture that is collaborative, service-oriented, and consultative
  • Experience working in a professional services environment
  • Coachable with desire to learn
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working on tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal form
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design theories, models, methodologies and best practices in adult learning and engagement will be an added advantage
