You'll be helping people step into their healing — not pushing products. Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to leads across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and referral channelsGuide potential clients with clarity and integrity toward the right service or healing levelMaintain proper follow-ups through CRM with warm, non-pushy energyCoordinate with the internal team for offers, campaign-based services, and availabilityPrepare basic reports: lead status, conversions, weekly updatesHelp during launches, events, or workshops to assist in enrolment and onboarding What We're Looking ForPreference: Understanding of spirituality, astrology, or healing work1–4 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or lead managementProficient Communication(English) with International clients: voice notes, WhatsApp, and callsComfortable with premium or high-value services (not just low-ticket products)Can explain healing in simple, respectful language without over-promisingFamiliar with tools like Google Sheets, basic CRM/Notion, WhatsApp WebCalm, composed, and doesn't get triggered by slow clients or "no replies" Compensation & GrowthFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/monthAdditional performance bonuses or commission after 3 monthsLong-term opportunity to grow into Client Success Manager or Sales LeadBe part of a spiritual brand that's scaling into media, workshops, and global platforms
