We are currently seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to drive our trading strategies forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, proven ability to generate alpha, and hands-on experience deploying systematic strategies in low-latency environments.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of strategy development, from ideation and research to production deployment and performance management. You will work closely with quantitative researchers, data engineers, and trading infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality results.Develop, test, and optimize systematic MFT/HFT trading strategies using advanced statistical, machine learning, and microstructure-aware techniques.Conduct extensive alpha research, feature engineering, and signal validation using large, high-frequency datasets.Evaluate strategies for robustness, stability, and sensitivity via simulation and backtesting frameworks.You will be responsible for managing daily trading performance, including PnL attribution, drawdown analysis, and factor decomposition. Additionally, you will optimize capital allocation, turnover, and execution to maximize Sharpe ratio and minimize slippage/latency-related losses.To ensure risk exposures remain within defined limits, you will monitor market, liquidity, execution, and model drift risks. You will also work with low-latency engineers to integrate strategies into production trading systems and collaborate with execution teams to refine order routing, market-making, and microstructure-driven execution tactics.A key aspect of this role is continuously benchmarking and improving execution efficiency, including fill rates, market impact, and latency.
