The Role: Job Title: HR RecruiterCompany Name: Placement MumbaiLocation: Marine LinesWorking Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to SaturdayJob Description:Placement Mumbai is looking for a motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong client relationships. This is a target-based role offering excellent growth and earning potential for high performers.Performance & Incentives:This is a target-based role. If you meet or exceed your monthly target (4x of your salary), you'll receive a 10% incentive on the additional revenue generated beyond the target. Most companies offer only 2%, but we reward high performers with 10%. If the target is not met, your salary will be proportionally deducted.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboardingBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsSource candidates through social media and various job platformsTrack and manage recruitment metrics and performance dataConsistently meet monthly placement targetsIf you're confident in achieving targets, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment, we'd love to hear from youIdeal Profile:You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
